ʔə́y ̓ swéyəl TFN members,

I am honoured and grateful to have been nominated as a candidate for the 2026 Legislative Assembly elections. I raise my hands in gratitude and respect to all the other candidates brave enough to put their names forward.  

My goal has always been to engage in our community with as much respect and compassion as possible, and that is how I plan to approach my campaign and term, if elected. I believe my ongoing education in the health and social sciences, along with my years of working with the community and engaging with youth, would bring a unique and valuable perspective to our legislative assembly.  

I believe everything is connected, and the health and well-being of our people depend on protecting our land and waters, our connection to culture, education, social services, and economic and governmental self-determination. And while I hope to represent our young women, I believe in leaving no member behind. We are all sc ̓əwaθən məsteyəxʷ, and we all deserve to feel safe, heard, and respected.
