Dawn Williams – Pulihwiye

I am proud of the generations before me and the strong foundations they built for Tsawwassen First Nation. I carry my ancestral name with pride and respect, bringing those qualities to the table along with strength, compassion, and calmness. Connecting with our members is important and allows me to listen, advocate, and be their voice for our Nation. Being active and involved in our community is essential to learn, understand, and grow together. I attend many meetings, community events, and gatherings. Additionally, gaining knowledge and experience as a TFN employee since 1998, served six years on Advisory Council, and have been a member of the Housing Committee since 2022, often chairing these meetings. Serving on this Legislative term has been a privilege and amazing experience. I am proud to have brought resolutions to the table, stepped in as Acting Squiqel during a session, advocate and be a voice, and attend every Legislative session. All areas of our Government are important; Environment, Safety, and Employment & Education are just a few I would like to continue to advocate for. I look forward to connecting and respectfully ask for your continued support on October 17.
